Start withthe brief
Every project starts with the Nitro Brief, even if we’ve already spoken by email, referral or call. It gives us one documented source for your goals, requirements, references and constraints.
Every project starts with the Nitro Brief, even if we’ve already spoken by email, referral or call. It gives us one documented source for your goals, requirements, references and constraints.
We go through the brief in detail. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll send focused follow-up questions by email. We don’t price the project until the requirements are clear.
You receive an itemized PDF estimate by email covering the agreed deliverables, project timeline, total cost and payment schedule. The scope is organized around meaningful workstreams, not vague hourly guesses.
Once the scope looks right, you sign the project agreement and pay the 50% project deposit. Work begins only after both are complete and any required access is available.
We collect the assets, access and accounts required for your project. Project decisions, approvals and important updates stay documented by email so nothing gets lost between channels.
For design-led work, we establish the visual direction before development. You review it, send consolidated feedback and we refine it within the agreed scope until the direction is ready to approve.
After direction is approved, production follows the path that fits the job. A new build, redesign, migration and optimization project each have different technical work, but the approval process stays the same.
Before final review, we test the work across the areas that matter: responsive behavior, browsers, forms, links, cart and checkout, apps, integrations, analytics, core SEO, performance and redirects where applicable.
You receive the completed preview and verify it against the approved design and scope. Bugs, missing scoped work and implementation issues are corrected. New features are treated as additional scope.
Once the approved scope is complete and the project is ready to go live, the remaining 50% becomes due. Final payment is completed before production launch or handoff.
We move the approved project into production and run the final checks. Depending on the project, that can include domain or DNS changes, redirects, analytics verification and a live checkout test.
For 14 days after launch, we cover issues related to the work we delivered. New features, new design requests and ongoing improvements can continue separately through maintenance or optimization.
